Do the products run true to size ?
Our Colour Edition Sweatshirts are unisex (mens sizing). For a tighter fit, please size down.
Why doesn't it work when I directly click on a product to select a colour ?
Please only use the drop-down menu to select your colour.
What happens if my shipping info is incorrect/has changed ?
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee address changes if the order is already in production. If you would like to check if it’s possible to change your shipping address, please email firstname.lastname@example.org your order number and updated shipping address. If your package has been shipped, please contact the shipping provider and ask them to update the shipping address. If the package is returned to our Distribution Center, we will email you and let you know.
I would like to change an item/cancel an order.
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee item change if the order is already in production. If you would like to check if it’s possible to make changes to the items in/cancel your order, please email email@example.com with your order number and the item and/or size change or your order number and request for the order to be cancelled-. If your package has been shipped, once the order is delivered you may contact firstname.lastname@example.org to begin a return.
What countries do you ship to ?
If a country is not listed, GR4NDVILLE does not currently ship to that destination. GR4NDVILLE is unable to ship to a P.O. Box.
When will I receive my package?
- Processing time is separated from shipping time.
- All orders are dispatched within 3-5 business days.
- Shipping Time : Several shipping options. They can range within 2-8 business days (10-20 for international orders).

How much shipping costs are ?
Shipping cost is based off the total weight of your order.
To Europe :
Shipping costs may vary from €5.90 to €11.90.
International Shipping :
Shipping costs may vary from €10.90 to €26.90.
What currency will I be charged in ?
Note to non European customers : When you select a currency from the currency converter dropdown, the prices are displayed in that currency everywhere on the website except on the checkout page. You will be charged in Euro. We're working on getting this fixed as soon as we can.
GR4NDVILLE is not responsible for differences in exchange rates from when an order is placed, the payment is processed, or when a refund is processed.
What is your return policy ?
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please make sure your item is free from:
- Make up, fake tan and animal hair
- Free from scents of deodorant, perfume or washing powder.
Please email email@example.com to process a return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
What is your refund policy ?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on how your bank or financial institution processes them
What happens if my refunds are late or missing ?
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Am I able to change my order before you ship it out ?
Please contact email@example.com and we will help you anyway we can, as long as you contact us before the product is shipped. Please remember we can't always make changes to orders in time before they're shipped.
How do I exchange my item(s) ?
Because we can't ensure our customers will be issued the style/size they desire by the time their returned items come back to the distribution center, we are unable to accommodate exchanges by mail. By processing a return and sending your item(s) back, you will receive a refund for the net price of your item(s).
